Ms. Betty was so helpful and kind when I ordered an arrangement for a friend. I am from a different state so I am unfamiliar with the area, and Ms. Betty found information about the funeral and made suggestions on what to send. She was courteous and professional and sent a picture of the arrangement and let me know when it was delivered. I highly recommend Betty's Country Flowers!

I was ordering flowers for a friend who lived in a Lexington, VA. Before I've used Teleflora or one of the other chains for long distance orders. But fortunately I found Betty's Country Flowers and the perfect arrangement. Betty reached out to me personally, ordered special flowers to complete the arrangement, and worked with me to find the best time for delivery as my friend was coming back from her husband's surgery after a 2 day stay. She did everything perfectly and sent me a picture of my friend and her flowers to boot. I heartedly recommend!

We asked for a next day delivery with a price cap and just color request. We also asked for no lilies as there is a cat in the house. We then had to call the morning of the delivery to request a change in address as it was for our ailing grandmother who had shifted locations. The bouquet was delivered in a gorgeous vase and customer service was exceptional.

I received pictures from my parents who helped receive the delivery and the arrangement is truly stunning. We would order again in a heartbeat.

Very pleased with the arrangement Betty made for us when my sister-in-law passed away. Beautiful colors and such a pretty vase. Betty was very nice to work with and even sent us a picture of the flowers after. She even let us know when the flowers were delivered. Would use this flower shop again.

Betty was absolutely amazing at doing the floral arrangement for my Aunt's funeral. As a matter of fact, 3 of our family members ordered the exact same arrangement and Betty took the time to reach out and let us know and then gave us suggestions on how she could vary the arrangements so they wouldn't all be the exact same. We greatly appreciated this because we were all from out of state. I would choose Betty's Country Flowers again and again! She is very professional, very courteous and her arrangements for the funeral were all absolutely gorgeous!
